About Us

FORCE Raceway…

FORCE Raceway (FORCE = Flat Out RC Experience)……..

…… is located in Ossett, just outside Wakefield, at the heart of Yorkshire, and only half a mile off junction 40 of the M1. At FORCE Raceway we offer a warm and welcoming venue for all kinds of RC car racing including, Touring Car, LMP, GT12, Tamiya Trucks and M-Class, and even Banger Racing!

In 2019 we plan to undergo a large expansion program which will involve a new indoor carpet track covering a whopping 6,000 sq.ft. in just one circuit, making it one of – if not the – largest indoor RC track in the UK. On this new track we will be able to run:

1/10 Touring Cars
LMP12 / GT12
Hot Rods / Minis
Tamiya Trucks / M-Class

Add to this the oval track we currently have for bangers and stock cars, and we can cater for all types, classes, ages, and skill levels. Our aim is to make FORCE Raceway the premier venue for indoor RC in the North of England, if not the UK. At our venue you will not only find great circuits and racing, along with a friendly atmosphere, but you can also keep fed and watered at “FORCE FED” our onsite cafe.

Jo is a very bubbly, warm, and welcoming person, and will be sure to make you feel part of the FORCE family #FORCEFAM She will also be firm and assertive on those who wish to try and bend the rules and those who misbehave!

Co-owner & Founder

Along with Joanne, Gregg is essential part of the race night operation. While Jo is busy at Race Control and Registration, you'll find Gregg at our Flat Out RC Shop counter, helping Customers with purchases. He has been building and racing RC cars for much of his life, and so Gregg is also the first port of call for anyone needing help with a build, or fix, advice or technical support. He's a big guy with a heart to match and always makes time to help new and old racers alike. A ready smile, banter and a bit of goofing around is to be expected! 🙂
